Sealed Items
All sales are final, no returns or exchanges.
Since, our items are all pre-owned, some may have a slight damage ( especially, toys, dolls, and so on).
If the item is heavily damaged, the condition will be explained on the item page.
Please notice in advance: the sample pictures shown on our web page may differ from the actual merchandises.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Our SEALED items are pre-owned, but completely unopened; still in factory seal. Obviously we cannot unseal the box to inspect the inside item we cannot guarantee the condition of it.
JUNGLE Co.Ltd will not be responsible for any manufacturing defects that may exist including color deviations.
No returns will be accepted and no refund will be made by us.
CANSELATION POLICY

Can I cancel my order?

We do accept customers’ cancellations of all or part of their order at any time prior to shipping, However as I said before since a lot of work goes into recalculating the shipping fee and rearranging boxes we ask that you keep cancellations to a strict minimum.
If you make too many cancelations, you will not be able to place an order through our website in the future.
UNGLE Co.Ltd have the right to cancel or deny the future orders if the customer have canceled an order, canceled an item, or have unpaid orders in the past. Therefore, please place the order only if you really want the item and have enough funds to pay. This is a standard policy for the mail-order business, and we ask you to respect it.

-Do you offer layaway or payment plans?
No,we don’t do layaway nor payment plans.
-Do you offer wholesale pricing to dealers and resellers?
No,we don’t since we are a shop not a distributor.
If I buy items from different branches, how will you charge me for shipping? Will the items be shipped as one or multiple parcels?
Items ordered from different branches do not cost you extra fees; however, we hope our customers not to cancel the orders easily.
Each order will be counted as 1 shipment.
