New DVD/CD Preorders

The Jungle is pleased to offer preorders for new (not used) upcoming Japanese DVDs and CDs! Please note that customers must submit their preorders before the deadlines listed. After the deadline, orders are considered backorders and we cannot guarantee the availability of 1st- or limited-edition items. Please hurry and input your order today so you can ensure getting those neat 1st edition omake goods!

Before ordering, please check our DVD/CD Preorder/Backorder policies:

1. Title selection is not strictly limited to the DVD/CDs listed.
   If an upcoming item in which you are interested is not listed, please email us (with the Title and Cat No., and the release date if possible) and inquire!
   (notes: We do not currently accept preorders for J-Pop titles, or for titles within 1 month of their release date.)
2. New-item DVDs are offered at their original retail price. We no longer require down payment before placing your order. We will bill you for the total (items, shipping, handling, and any order additions) when we have stocked your items(s) and are ready to ship.
3. Please, credit card payment only. Customers without a c.card, please contact us for instructions.
4. The PRE-ORDER DEADLINE varies by item. Please check the listings carefully!
   We must receive the customer's order confirmation before this deadline.
5. Pre-orders are usually stocked on or just before their release date.
   We will notify you when your item(s) are stocked, so that you may make order additions if you wish.
6. Items with release dates within 2 weeks of each other may be bundled and sent together in one package.
   Shipping for separate packages will be charged for items with release dates further apart.
7. ** Confirmed preorders/backorders may not be cancelled under any circumstances. **

• Release = Release Date MM/DD
• Genre = Genre (anime, tokusatsu/live-action, Japanese films, etc.)
• Title = the item's title
• Price = the item's original retail price
• Cat# = the items's catalog number
• DLine = Preorder Deadline
• Cart = Click the boxes in this column to preorder items.

1. Click the "add" button to place the preorder item into your Shopping Cart.
   The cart's contents and total will be displayed on the upper right of your screen.
   After selecting your items, click "check cart" to proceed.
   Please check your cart's contents; if everything is correct, click "to order form" to proceed.
   Follow the instructions listed.
2. After getting your order form, we will soon reply with an estimate including shipping and handling.
3. Please check the estimate, and within 48 hrs, contact us and confirm your order.
4. We'll place your order with the distributor right away.
5. When your item(s) are stocked, we'll notify you in case you'd like to order additional items.
   You will have 48 hrs to make additions and finalize your order.
6. We'll charge your credit card and ship as soon as possible after your order is finalized.
